Doctoral Dissertations (Partial List) – Formal & De facto (DF)

The de facto doctoral dissertations were the by-products of efforts to solve some serious problems that others were not solving; these dissertations were never pursued as ends in themselves. A de facto doctoral dissertation is identical to a formal doctoral dissertation except that it has been peer-reviewed by the general public, including a huge number of teachers and other educators. Regardless of whether recognized by educators or not, each dissertation has yielded actual, practical benefits in its associated field of study and to society in general. Some believe that Dr. Bisconti’s doctoral dissertations, formal and de facto, have been peer-reviewed by more experts, as well as by more people in general, than any other person in history. Dr. Bisconti’s dissertations have also been presented as scientific treatises, which have been accepted by the appropriate academic and professional communities as well as by the public in general. As far as personal recognition is concerned and as long as he can contribute to the betterment of humanity in every possible way, Dr. Bisconti is content that people simply know that he has a pair of formal doctorates (two “regular” doctorates).
