THE ANTI KJV “THE FINAL AUTHORITY IS THE
ORIGINAL LANGUAGES BIBLE”

If an anti KJV person asserts, “The
original languages Bible has final authority,” simply show them that their
assertion disguises their true belief.
For you see, if they say it is the original languages Bible, someone is
still going to have to TRANSLATE the Bible.
This means that when they say “It is the original languages Bible” they
are really saying “It is an UNSPECIFIED translation of the Bible.” Thus, they have NOT really identified any
Bible as the “final authority version” of the Bible. If they say, “I don’t need to translate the Bible because I can
read it in the original languages,” they are missing the point that THE DEBATE
IS NOT ABOUT WHAT BIBLE IN ANY
LANGUAGE HAS FINAL AUTHORITY; IT IS ABOUT WHAT BIBLE FOR ENGLISH-SPEAKING
PEOPLE HAS FINAL AUTHORITY. At this
point, they will either concede that they don’t know which Bible has final
authority or will be too proud to admit they don’t know and will walk away.
