40,000 PSYCHIATRISTS OPPOSE THE GAY AGENDA, WHAT ABOUT YOU?!

One of the great lies fostered by Gay Rights activists (note that they want schools to teach your children, starting in kindergarten, that the Gay lifestyle is normal) is that the mental health community does not regard the Gay lifestyle as an outward expression of a mental illness.

Now here are the facts:

Until later in the last century the Gay lifestyle was explicitly classified as a mental illness. It is now implicitly included, depending on the psychiatrist, under the disease category “sexual disorder not otherwise specified.”

In addition, note the following (the following quote is from http://www.soulforce.org/article/642, a Gay website, and was cut and pasted exactly as it appears on their website):

The social and political impetus for change, Sabshin said, was supported by scientific evidence. The APA's Committee on Nomenclature reviewed numerous studies that used standardized instruments and nonpatient populations and showed that most gay persons were satisfied with their sexual orientation and were not impaired in their social functioning.

Notice their so-called scientific justification for removing the explicit classification of homosexuality as a mental illness (quoted from above):

…most gay persons were satisfied with their sexual orientation and were not impaired in their social functioning.

Now, notice the following key words:

1. “satisfied with their sexual orientation”

2. “not impaired in their social functioning”

“SATISFIED WITH THEIR SEXUAL ORIENTATION”

So, when did satisfaction become proof of mental soundness? Pedophiles (people who sexually abuse children) and mass murderers are satisfied with their orientations. Would anyone say that they were normal? Of course, not.

“NOT IMPAIRED IN THEIR SOCIAL FUNCTIONING”

Regarding John Wayne Gacy, infamous serial killer, (the following quote is from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Wayne_Gacy, the Wikipedia website [the links are theirs]):

He became a prominent and respected member of the community. In addition to his clown act, he became active in the local Democratic Party, first volunteering to clean the party offices, eventually becoming a precinct captain. [1] In this capacity, he was even able to meet and be photographed with future-First Lady […] Rosalynn Carter […the following link is a photograph of Gacy with Mrs. Carter] [2]. Mrs. Carter even signed the photo: To John Gacy. Best Wishes. Rosalynn Carter.

Notice that John Wayne Gacy did not appear to be impaired in social functioning. So, (apparent) absence of impairment in social functioning does not prove that a person is not, in some way, abnormal. Gacy demonstrates abnormalcy without APPARENT impairment of social functioning.

So “satisfaction” and “nonimpairment” do not prove normalcy and the Gay argument for the normalcy of Gays is invalidated! 40,000 PSYCHIATRISTS OPPOSE THE GAY AGENDA!

For the past two years, the National Psychiatric Association has quietly been conducting a survey of psychiatrists in the United States, Europe, and elsewhere – see the 2005 – 2007 Gay Abnormalcy Survey (link not yet activated). Here are their results (numbers are rounded to the nearest thousand):

Of the 51,000 psychiatrists surveyed:

· 40,000 opposed the Gay Agenda and these same 40,000 cited as the reason for their opposition that Gays are abnormal personalities (39,000 stating that Gays are mentally ill ).

· 8,000 were afraid to express their opinion for fear of reprisal.

· 3,000, of which 2,000 were Gay, stated that they believed that Gays were not mentally ill.
